Mr. Liao Youchang, the chairman of the group, has lost his parents and was diligent in learning. He worked in the chemical industry for 20 years before the establishment of Loyal Group, and learned comprehensive skills and experience in technology, production, business, and management, and cultivated the characteristics of obedient, dedicated, diligent, and technicians.

In the Middle East War in 1973, when the first oil crisis occurred and the price of chemicals was soaring, Chairman Liao resigned from his white-collar job and started with international trade and domestic sales of chemicals. After accumulating funds, he purchased land in Yong'an Industrial Zone, Yong'an Township, Kaohsiung in 1976 and established Loyal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. to produce EPS plastic raw materials, phenolic resin and furan resin.

Since the advent of plastic packaging materials in the late 1980s, in recent years, with the development of multi-layer co-extrusion film, its barrier property, fragrance retention, moisture resistance, oil resistance, cooking property and heat sealing property have been further improved, and it can be widely used in the packaging of frozen meat products, cooked meat foods, convenience foods, aquatic products, fruits and dairy products, edible oil, soy sauce and so on, greatly prolonging the shelf life of commodities. At the same time, Loyal Chemical Co., Ltd. cooperated with customers' unique needs, such as space bags in EPS factory, food, industry, and other related industries, and develops products that meet its standards. The products are of excellent quality and are deeply loved by customers.

In 2010, Loyal Chemical adjusted its production structure. In addition to the original furan resin, nine layers of co-extrusion film equipment were imported from Canada to produce film packaging materials. The annual output is about 3,500 tons.

Loyal Chemical has other casting materials: furan resin, aluminum flux, etc., and its product line is complete, which has been trusted by customers for a long time.
