Culture and art
It was established in memory of Chairman Liao Youchang and Ms. Huang Xiang's contribution to the future generations. The memorial hall and art center is in the commercial building of Taipei, covering an area of nearly 100 square meters. It was originally the office of Chairman Liao in Taipei before his death, and it was also an important base for Loyal Group to advance into the world, which is of great historical significance. It was established in early 2021 and completed in January 2022.
Chairman Liao Youchang is kind-hearted, adheres to the business philosophy of "sharing common prosperity" among shareholders and employees, and adheres to the principle of "taking from the society and giving back to the society", making donations to promote education and doing good deeds. To carry forward Chairman Liao's personality and philosophy and inherit his spirit, the memorial hall permanently displays his life stories while retaining the office space pattern. Behind the success of Chairman Liao Youchang, his wife Huang Xiang has consistently been his most solid backing. They have known each other for more than half a century, and it is precisely because of Huang Xiang's selfless and full support that Chairman Liao can make great strides forward without worries. While her husband sprinted for his career, Huang Xiang devoted herself to painting, persisted in creating for decades, and achieved outstanding results. She is known as a "Loving Colorist" in the international art world.

With the mission of educating gardeners , Ms. Huang Xiang integrates art with life and spreads warmth and love through the beauty of art. The Art Center has exhibited Ms. Huang's works for many years, and at the same time, it has exhibited Four Paintings of Flowers and Birds on Treasure Island by Huang Guangnan, a famous ink painter. In the future, it will further plan cultural lectures and exhibitions of other famous works of art, hoping to create an aesthetic environment and enhance employees' cultivation of culture and art.

Wenchuan earthquake
Wenchuan earthquake occurred in May 2008, when the post-disaster reconstruction was in urgent need of combined houses, at the time that the supply of EPS, the key raw material, was tight, and there was a lot of material shortage. Even though PetroChina and Sinopec urgently dispatched inventory, it continued to be insufficient. At that time, Chairman Liao Youchang stepped forward to ensure the supply of all Styrofoam raw materials, which not only enabled the combined house project to be successfully completed, but also won him the reputation of "the father of China Styrofoam".
