In 1996, Loyal Group established Ningbo He Qiao Guangzhou Business Department, with a monthly sales volume of 7,000 tons.

With the needs of business expansion, to give full play to regional advantages more efficiently and reduce operating costs, Dongguan Xin Chang Qiao Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, which was completed in the first phase in 2003 and expanded in the first phase in 2005. It was completed the second phase in 2008 and expanded the second phase in 2010. The total production capacity of Xin Chang Qiao Factory reached 360,000 tons/year, making it the largest EPS factory of Southern China.
